How to Return an Item

Go to My Orders, select the item, and click "Return"

Choose a reason and upload photos if the product is damaged

Schedule Pickup
Choose a convenient date for our courier to pick up the item

Get Refund
Refund is processed within 5-7 business days after pickup
Return Policy
- Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Electronics and appliances have a 7-day replacement window
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
- Free return pickup for all eligible items
- Some categories like innerwear, fragrances, and perishables are non-returnable
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
- Customized or personalized products
- Opened software, games, and digital products
- Fragrances and beauty products (if seal broken)
- Perishable goods and groceries
- Gift cards and vouchers
Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated once the returned item is received and inspected
- Credit/Debit card refunds take 5-7 business days
- UPI refunds are processed within 24-48 hours
- Bank transfers take 5-10 business days
- Store credit is available instantly upon approval
