How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or choose Cash on Delivery. Once placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

How can I track my order?

Go to the Track Order page and enter your Order ID. You can also find tracking information in your account under My Orders. We send tracking updates via email and SMS at every stage of delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Rupay cards, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking from all major banks, mobile wallets, and Cash on Delivery. EMI options are available on select cards.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact. Electronics have a 7-day replacement policy. Visit our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping delivers in 2-3 business days. Same-day delivery is available in select metro cities for orders placed before 12 PM. Free shipping on orders above ₹2,000.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it from your My Orders page. If the order has already been shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

How do reward points work?

Earn 1 reward point for every ₹100 spent. Points can be redeemed at checkout where 100 points = ₹50 discount. Points expire 12 months from the date of earning. Bonus points are available during special sale events.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes, we use 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions. Your payment information is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your full card details on our servers.

How do I use a gift card?

Enter your gift card code at checkout in the "Gift Card / Promo Code" field. The balance will be applied to your order. Gift cards can be combined with other payment methods if the order total exceeds the card balance.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
